·Use with caution when applying a heated Neck Wrap.

·Do not apply the gel pack directly on skin.Always cover with the removable fabric cover as extreme temperature may injure skin.

·In case of leakage,discontinue use and dispose of Neck Wrap.Avoid contact with eyes and ingestion.

·Store out of reach of children.

·Do not use the Neck Warp on sensitive skin.

·People suffering from nerve damage,circuation problems or paralysis shoud consult with physician before use.

·Do not overheat the Neck Warp(maximum 2minutes for heating in microwave).

·Do not heat the Neck Wrap immediately after taking out from the freezer.

·Do not store the Neck Wrap in the freezer.

·Please check the temerature of the Neck Wrap before use and make sure the body is comfortable with the temeprature.

Cleaning instructions for gel pack

·Rub gently with a damp cloth.

Washing instruions for fabric cover

·Machine wash cold separately

·Hang dry

·Do not bleach

·Do not tumble dry

For warm use:

·Microwave for 1 minute on a medium setting.

·Extend the heating time by 10-second intervals for move heat until desired temerature is reached.

·Do not heat for more than 2 minutes.

·Alternative: Soak gel pack in hot water(not to exceed 11345)for 6 minutes.

·If gel pack expands like a balloon, pack is overheated. Discontinue heating.

·Keep the neck wrap in the microwave for at least 1 minute (or until you feel comfortable with the temperature) after heating to avoid potential harm to the skin.

For cold use:

·Place the entire wrap in a plastic bag.

·Put into freezer for 30 minutes before use.
